RETURNS POLICY

Here at Sundaze Swimwear we understand that sizing can be tricky when purchasing online therefore we will happily accept exchanges in store and online and for online purchases only we accept refunds within 30 days of purchase. Sundaze Swimwear reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.

First Please contact our Customer Care team via email enquiries@sundaze.com.au with your order number and reason for return then simply download the returns form and return it completed along with your purchase.

To process the return yourself

1. Create or log in to your Customer Account.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

If you order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 

3.Select a return reason and add a note for us. 

5. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping you will receive an email with the shipping instructions and where to ship it back to. After we have received it you will receive your refund. . 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns this will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return via the customer portal or if visiting our stores is easier for you , you can do this for exchanges only as all refunds for online purchases must be sent back to Head Office . Your exchange may be processed at any one of our store locations. For store locations please see our store location page. Please remember to bring in your online order confirmation as your proof of purchase. 

If you require a refund, this may not be done in store as all refunds must be processed by head office. (Please note this is only for online purchases).  If you have purchased an item in store please return the item in store. Should you require a refund on your online purchase, your items must be returned along with a completed return form via post to our head office within 30 days from the initial date of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on goods purchased on sale or at a discounted rate. Should you be unsatisfied with a discounted purchase, we will happily exchange this for you please contact us first. 

All online returns will be processed with priority. Please allow 3-7 business days from when we receive your returned goods for your return to be processed.

In the interests of only offering a superb product and satisfying experience to our customers , please understand the following conditions prior to sending your return. We will only accept an exchange or return if the bikini or item is in absolute perfect condition and is:

  • Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached. 
  • Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
  • No makeup, deodorant marks or perfume fragrance
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date for Australian orders

 Sundaze Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen returns therefore it is essential you consider returning with tracking as we cannot process exchanges without receiving the initial product. Orders placed prior to a store sale are not negotiable for the percentage difference to be refunded. ALL items marked on sale or used with a sale coupon code are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our product has been quality controlled, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please notify enquiries@sundaze.com.au Sundaze has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. Once received, if we deem the swimwear or item to be faulty you will be issued a store credit or refund. 

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and non-refundable 

Where do I send my returns 

Before sending, please ensure your purchase meets the return conditions above and send it along with your returns form so we know who it belongs to and why you are returning it.
