SHIPPING and DELIVERY - Within Australia 

We use Australia Post Standard and Express Shipping. 

All orders will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, to the nominated email address. The Shipping Confirmation Email will contain the tracking information and details on how to track your order.

We try to dispatch all orders same day, however, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time frames are indicative of our delivery partner recommendations and can be subject to change. For more information please contact the delivery service provider directly. Once your order is dispatched and we provide you with the tracking number, your parcel is now under the care of the shipping provider. Please check your spam if you have not received the tracking number. If there are issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.

If you wish to pick up your order from one of our stores please use the code clickandcollect so you receive free shipping and in the notes section let us know which store you would like to pick your order up. 

When your order is ready for pick up you will receive a email notification letting you know it is ready for collection.

Sundaze Swimwear is NOT responsible for any delays or missing parcels as a result of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, nor are we responsible for any lost/missing or delayed parcels once the item has been posted and is in the hands of the postal company.

ALL OUR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE EXPRESSED SHIPPED via AUSTRALIA POST AIR EXPRESS.

An email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

New Zealand - $25 AUD (Estimated delivery 4 - 8 days from dispatch) 

North America (US)- Unfortunately due to new duty/tariffs charges we are no longer shipping here.

Canada - $45 AUD (Estimated delivery 4 - 8 days from dispatch) 

Asia Pacific - $40 AUD  (Estimated delivery 4 - 8 days from dispatch) 

UK/Europe - $55 AUD  (Estimated delivery 4 - 8 days from dispatch) 

Rest of the World - $55 AUD (Estimated delivery 8 - 16 days from dispatch) 

Check your local customs/ import taxes prior to ordering. Sundaze is not responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes charged on purchases as this is outside of our control.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This will tell you how to track you order and have all the info required to do so.
