We use Australia Post Standard and Express Shipping.

All orders will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, to the nominated email address. The Shipping Confirmation Email will contain the tracking information and details on how to track your order.

We try to dispatch all orders same day, however, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch.

We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time frames are indicative of our delivery partner recommendations and can be subject to change. Once your order is dispatched and we provide you with the tracking number, your parcel is now under the care of the shipping provider. Please check your spam if you have not received the tracking number. If there are issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.

If you wish to pick up your order from one of our stores please use the code clickandcollect so you receive free shipping and in the notes section let us know which store you would like to pick your order up.

When your order is ready for pick up you will receive a email notification letting you know it is ready for collection.
